Return and Refund Policy:
We will accept the return of damaged merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account, replace the item if available or refund you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. All specialty items have a no return policy, broken or damaged items will be replaced if notification is received within 24 hours of delivery. This includes hand-dipped incense, specialty fragrance oils, and bath salts.
