Ostara Oils

Ostara is about new beginnings and rebirth. Notions, Potions, and Spells give you ideas to help enhance that. The key is to remember that you create your own reality, what you believe to be true is what will be true about every aspect of your life and you control what you believe. We will share ideas for Incense, oils, potions, and spells here on Ravenhawk’s every day leading up to Ostara. You may also find recipes and crafts that you can use for your Spring equinox celebration. Ostara is celebrated on Saturday, March 20th this year.

Ostara Oil
2 drops of rose oil
8 drops frankincense oil
2 drops nutmeg oil
4 drops benzoin oil
2 drops violet oil
4 drops of dragon’s blood oil
2 drops orange oil
Carrier oil of your choice

Place all ingredients in a small bottle with a tight lid shake until oils are blended. Keep in a cool place. This oil may be used to anoint your candles, burn in an oil burner or scent your spring equinox potpourri.
