That wasn’t so hard for you, now was it? But for me, and your soul, it is. Why is it that you keep tearing yourself to shreds and have such a low opinion of yourself? Usually, it comes from someone else. Cast your mind back to reveal who told you that you are no good, not beautiful, that you will never be loved? These are all lies, stemming from another’s jealousy and control of you.
