Do you remember that song… “If you love someone set them free.”?

Have you ever felt you are holding onto something or someone so tightly, they do not have room to breathe?
Perhaps you have been holding onto your dreams tightly too?

You may have a vision board, detailed plans, a daily meditation practice to focus on them…
All these things are great of course, and such useful tools.
Whatever helps our human experience to feel easier and clearer.
But… if we hold onto our dreams so tightly, we do not give them the space to show up in wondrous ways.
To show up in ‘even better than I could ever imagine’ ways.

Often, we are so focussed on the end goal that we forget to enjoy the journey.
We forget to enjoy the trail of golden breadcrumbs that lead us towards our most desired life.

Set your dreams free.
Enjoy the spaciousness and adventure of the journey.
Let go, and allow the magic in.

In your minds’ eye see your dreams inside a golden ball held in both of your hands. Hold that ball tightly, then lovingly release the ball into the air. Knowing that the universe has your back and your dreams will come true in the most perfect way.
