Lughnasadh/Lammas Short Ritual
Lughnasadh is the hinge between high summer and the slow turning toward autumn. It’s a time of gratitude, courage, and honoring the work that has carried us to this moment. Here is a simple ritual to help you step into the season with intention.
Hold a piece of seasonal fruit (peach, berry, apple). Say: “May the sweetness of this season find me.” Eat it slowly, feeling the sun’s energy entering your body, giving you the strength to harvest what you have tended.
